Ever use a pedometer? It’s a really easy way to help motivate you to keep active and measure how much you get up and move around. You should set your goal to 10,000 steps in a day, which equates to about 5 miles. I use one every day and in order to count every step, I put it on immediately after I wake up. I even bought pedometers for my clients last year to track their daily activity levels. It has really motivated them to pay attention and motivate each other, it even created competition within some of their families!
